The home is generally very quiet—I don’t have many visitors and would appreciate a roommate with a similar lifestyle. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with lots of conveniences nearby. There’s a strip mall and several convenience stores within minutes, plus great delivery service for everything you might need. Public transportation is accessible, and there are some nice walking areas and trails close by if you enjoy getting outdoors. I’m really hoping to find a professional or mature/older student who values a calm, respectful environment. No smoking, no drugs, no drama, and please be verifiable with no criminal history.
