Hello! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful area to live and want lots of space and easy access to Manhattan, then this is the place for you! I’m looking for a roommate to renew my lease with for an apartment in Kew Gardens. The bedrooms in the apartment are spacious and sunny, and the transit options in the neighborhood are fantastic. The building is a short walk (about 10 minutes) from a LIRR train station. So, it takes less than 30 minutes to commute to Manhattan. There’s also a bus stop across the street, and it only takes 10 minutes by bus to reach Trader Joe’s and other stores nearby. And there’s a subway station (lines E/F) close by. Also, it’s just a 5 minute walk to get to the beautiful Forest Park, which offers nice paths for walking/biking/jogging etc. If you're interested, please read below for more details.
