My doggo and I are looking for 1 roommate in a luxury apartment building.
Room is available AUGUST 1, 2025. Ideally, a 12 month lease, but also flexible for short-term. I would also be open to doing a 1-month trial period, to make sure it's a match for us both.
It’s a large true two-bedroom & two-bathroom apartment. Not a flex. The apartment comes fully furnished. Your room comes with a queen sized bed, desk and chair. Your bedroom is at the corner of the apartment so you have the two corner windows. These face a courtyard so it's very quiet. The scaling in the picture is a bit deceiving, the apartment/ bedroom feels much larger in person. 10ft ceilings. Big closet. You’ll have your own private full bathroom with bathtub. Balcony off the living room, although you'll be more likely to go to the rooftop instead, which has multiple seating areas, grills, tanning beds, a dog run, gardens, and mini golf.
The building has lots of amenities: pool, hot tub, rock climbing wall, gym with separate boxing gym, spin classes, yoga classes, brewery, arcade room, business center, meeting room, rooftop garden, lots of community events, etc.)
The address is 54 Noll St. It’s an 8min walk to the L Train, 6 min walk to MJZ Trains. There is a HUGE grocery store on the first floor.
About me: I have 1 dog who’s the love of my life. I'm a private home manager. I like to cook too much food and feed my current roommate. I also have a juicer, so get ready to start your mornings with a glass of carrot, apple, ginger juice. I paint (some of the paintings you see in the pictures). The apartment is v tidy.
About you: must love dogs. He’s a big boy and very affectionate so you really gotta love dogs to be comfortable here, because he will want to sit on your lap. Be kind and be a good communicator. That’s the only requirement otherwise almost anything goes 🖤.
I always suggest doing a month trial run to make sure it's a good fit. I would consider a couple, but then your portion of the rent would increase, as we’d split everything evenly 3-ways.

The rent is $2,500 per month (this is your half of the rent).
Amenities are optional. If you sign the lease, it's $125 per person for the amenities. This includes everything, meaning there's no extra fee for yoga or spin classes. That said, if you prefer not to sign the lease and we keep it under my name, we can just split the costs at $62 each. This just means we would't be able to take the same gym classes at the same time. I call yoga class.
