I am more spiritually based than religious. I respect all spiritual pathways as long as nobody pushes their ideologies on me.
I'm more conservative in my politics but I also value many things some conservatives overlook. I care about nature and nature conservancy.
I am very health focused and eat mostly organic, gluten free, dairy free products. I survived stage 4 cancer a couple years ago. So, I work to keep my eating as clean as I can get it. I still eat some meals out and enjoy chocolate, perhaps too frequently.
Music: I Like Yanni, Enya, The Canadian Tenors, and most softer love oriented music. 70's-90-' is good too.
Activities: I love sailing, photography, being with my grandkids and kids. Relationships are more important to me that specific activities. Used to be a good swimmer and loved scuba diving. May get back into those 2 activities again.
