I cook a lot and enjoy going hiking, gaming, social drinker at a brewery, very much a indoor & outdoor guy.
During the week I work Monday thru Thursday 8am-6pm average.
I have 3 day weekends and get more active then.

Property manager and landlord are simple and nice. Are flexible and supportive to helping around with the house.
If you are here in Denver for business and leave out of the local area to go back to home, this is a good crash pad as well during work weeks.
House is maintained well and cleaned.
Wanting a roommate asap. Wanted to start with one roommate and if we all mesh well, we collectively will open the 3rd room up to help with costs and a humble community within the house!
$1400 is the staring cost but willing to negotiate for a lower price.
