Hi, I’m a responsible and independent 62-year-old single female with a clean, drama-free lifestyle. I am looking to rent out one of my rooms to a like-minded individual who values a peaceful and tidy living space.

I work six days a week and enjoy traveling in my free time. My four well-mannered dogs are an important part of my life, and I ensure they are respectful of shared spaces. If I choose to see someone, I visit them at their place.

I have both a car and a motorcycle, so the garage will not be used for storage. I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized home and am looking for a tenant who shares similar values.
