Hey people!

I'm a 33yo software engineer finally getting drawn back to the East coast. Can't get away from it, best part of the country if you like meeting people and doing cool work. I'm into the startup game if that's a grind you relate to.

My routine is pretty straight edge. I'm up around 7, gym, work (in office or from home), social activity in the evening, back home around 9-10, then bedtime around 11. Weekends I might do the occasional late night out, but that's 1am at the latest. Never bringing the party home.

I'm married but my wife lives and works in Philly. She'll probably be around the apartment once a month. I'll be down in Philly too, and we're building a house in Tennessee that we'll be at probably once a month too. My wife does have a hypoallergenic dog that she would likely bring to town.

I'm not expecting to invite people over for social events like dinner or pre-games, but I do have friends who will probably want to visit once I have a place in NYC.

As far as location, my main goal is to be no more than 30 minutes commute from Midtown.
