Available Room for Rent

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private room in our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment (plus an extra guest/office room) with in-unit washer and dryer in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn from Oct or Nov. The lease runs through the end of June 2026 and can be renewed after that.

Rent: $2,100/month + utilities
Deposit: $2,000
Furniture share (bedroom + shared furniture): $1,500

The apartment is on a quiet, beautiful block just 5 minutes from the C/G trains and 10 minutes to Atlantic Terminal. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars.

The room gets a lot of natural light, has a closet, a radiator heater, and comes furnished with a queen metal frame bed+mattress, desk+chair, closet, drawers, etc. and an in-room AC unit (included as part of the furniture). You’ll share a bathroom with one male roommate.

Female professional (30s, remote wfh)

Male student (20s)

We keep the apartment clean, respectful, and friendly. It’s a cozy, communicative home where everyone values both social time and personal space.
