Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move in August 1st. I live in Bay Ridge, BK. Three blocks from 95th street R train station. Two blocks from grocery store and other businesses. Two Blocks from shore road park/the water. Laundry in building.
Im a pretty chill gal, I keep to myself most days as I am an esthetician so being with clients all day tend to socially exhaust me. But I am friendly and go out on the weekends often. I love concerts, thrifting, and laying in bed with my LED mask haha. I clean up after myself and do monthly deep cleans through out the apartment. I do expect my roommate to clean up after themselves as well to keep things tidy.
Total rent is $2255.36 so $1127 each. We would also split electricity. Since my room is slightly bigger I can cover the gas and internet. 1 year lease. The bedroom shown below is the room available. Furniture not included. It has two closets. The building does accept cats and small dogs. I possibly am open to just one cat if you have. I can send more pictures of the apartment if the room sparks your interest!
