I am generally quiet, clean, and tidy. When home, I am working, reading, watching Netflix, or organizing/selling items online. I work from home as a telehealth provider. I live in a busy beach town where it is easy to step outside for fresh air, a walk by the beach, or to grab a drink. This unit is on a busy street corner and there is a train track that runs parallel to our building. With that said, there's lots to offer if you are okay with a downtown vibe. I eat mostly at home to stay on budget but would enjoy a roommate to get out with or spend time with when not working. I prefer small circles of friends.

Rent from $1069-2772 + utilities and parking fee depending on our decided setup. I am offering two choices:
1) $2772
Your room has a regular size closet and your own attached spacious bathroom with entry from the hallway or your bedroom. Your windows overlook the south of Carlsbad. We are on the second floor with wrap around patio/balcony that offers privacy. I have plants on each of them. There is sitting space for two at the moment. Otherwise, this building offers a spacious rooftop for grilling, hanging out, TV, etc. A multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and the beach are right outside our door. The train station is steps away. The building offers a coveted garaged parking space. There is a sunny courtyard on each floor. Minimalists are welcomed due to very limited storage space outside of your bedroom. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. I have a cat. No additional animals. Nonsmokers only please.
2) $1069
Living room option with sectioned off private space with a room divider, either furnished or unfurnished. Can offer for this option a divider, full sized bed, clothes rack, and dresser.
3) $2238 for the bedroom option if a third person occupies the sectioned off part of the living room. Two people would share the bathroom in this option.
