House is in a quiet neighborhood, with nice closed backyard next to open space, in great location if you like quiet, the outdoors, running, cycling, exercising. You can literally access an open space and trails by walking 100 yards.

Driving to downtown Boulder is 15 min, 15 min to Longmont, 20 min to Superior.
Parking space is available in the cul-de-sac right next to the house.
