I am in my 40s and into personal growth, healthy eating, fitness, everything cultures, taking care of children, animals and the planet, and I desire to share space with a roommate who feels inspired in similar ways.
I believe in composting, reusing, recycling, minimizing food waste and keeping trash clean from food to ensure an environmentally friendly lifestyle and pest free household, and I am looking for someone who shares the same values.
Currently I am pursuing a couple of MBA level certifications that are keeping me very busy on studies, therefore I keep house noises like doors or entertainment to a minimum to maintain the learning momentum and to respect the other person’s privacy.
I am extremely clean, organized and respectful, and very rarely host in the house to stay super focused.
It is my goal to share space with a person who sees the value of building a roommate relationship where we both are there for each other, communicate openly and frequently, and consider the house our home. A home we protect, maintain and take care of together and our belongings (and not just a temporary place).
PS: There are no fixed pets in the house. However, I am Dog First Aid/CPR Certified, I work with dogs and I have house-trained pups over on a recurring basis. I am looking for a pet-friendly person who enjoys being surrounded by loving pets in the house.

Hello! I am looking for a new roommate who would enjoy a spacious Master Bedroom with private Bathroom in a two-story 2B-2B Bohemian style townhouse apartment unit in Venice Beach/Mar Vista area.
The unit is fully equipped with:
• Refrigerator
• Stove with oven
• Microwave
• Central A/C
• Fireplace
• Hot water
I have a nice dining table, tall bar stools and furniture in the spacious living room to hangout.
Early this year we invested heavily in new floor installations for the entire house and floor is now cushioned, antimicrobial, waterproof, noise-resistant, comfortable and warmer for the feet.
The Master’s Bedroom is unfurnished, so you will be able to furnish it with your bed and belongings, and personalize it to your taste.
This unit unique in that unlike the others, it is bigger and has a side gated private hallway with easy private access to the street, and has a small porch looking to Venice Blvd.
The building is equipped with washing and dryer machines for laundry.
Rent includes one single-parking spot for each roommate in a gated covered garage, and there is always plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets for visitors.
Monthly rent is $1,533 plus shared monthly utilities (internet, gas, electricity and SCEP Fee). Water and city trash/recycling pickup services are included in the rent by landlord.
Application fee $30 plus security deposit required upon moving in of $500. The application criteria required, determined and processed by landlord consist of:
• Credit rating
• Verifiable sources of income
• Prior residency criteria
• Criminal history
The apartment is shared with one female roommate (only two residents: one-per-room with independent bathrooms each). Not open for couples.
This place is ideal for a working professional looking for camaraderie, well-being and an adult home-like environment for focused people working on their goals and careers, and is looking to settled and share rent to save for at least a year or more (12mo+). Ideally longer if they wish.

Feel free to message me and introduce yourself so we can get to know a little bit more about each other and possibly kickoff a solid roommate relationship from the get go.
I can’t wait to see your message and meet you!
Thank you! Mia
