Austin here -- originally from Cincinnati, Ohio (and a Bengals fan).

Not TLDR:

Grew up playing football, lacrosse, and wrestling through high school at St. X (an all boys Jesuit high school). I went on to Miami University (in Ohio...) where I studied Political Science and decided to pursue law. I was on the mock trial team, and won the national championship against Yale (yes, I am also a nerd).

I didn't originally get into the law schools I wanted to, so I clerked at a criminal defense firm for a year and taught mock trial. Then, I got into a Masters program at the London School of Economics in Globalisation (ya, that's how they spell it). I founded my first gig-app startup through the LSE Incubator and exited, before moving to LA to attend USC Law.

At SC, I focused on business law primarily while founding my second and third startups (ask me more about it on a call, too much to type). I just exited my last startup, working on my fourth while also working practice as a lawyer (degree had to come into play at some point).

I decided to move from Culver City to Santa Monica to be by the beach. I love being outside-- skiing, hiking, sports, surf, etc. I workout at Equinox almost every day, and am a casual fitness geek. I obviously love tech & AI, and law. I also love just about any good TV show or movie (particularly if about finance or law, e.g. Billions or Succession).

Would ideally room with someone who went to good schools and is in the fields of tech, law, finance, entertainment, or another advanced-degree profession. But also, good people with good jobs welcome.
