Peyton B - $1,600/month

I'm 21 years old, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I'm currently going to Berklee school of music as a songwriter in Boston. I lived in so-cal the last 2 years and am now moving back to LA for the summer and Fall semesters to work in the songwriting industry and do an internship with a record company in the LA area.
As of right now don't have an exact location other than the LA area so I'm very open to exploring all my options!
I love to have fun although it's important for me to live with people who are okay keeping alcohol and drugs out of the house since I've gotten sober in the last couple years and am in recovery. It's important to me that I have personal space but I also appreciate social time and love to play guitar and listen to music:) one of my favorite things to do is go to live concerts, raves, and festivals. I absolutely love animals and pets and prefer female roommates and LGBTQ+ friendly :)
