About Me

I work from home. I keep a very peaceful house with a yard that has a big lemon tree. I enjoy using lemon daily in my ice water or cooking. I grow other plants like aloe vera for every day use. There is a young ruby grapefruit tree beginning to produce fruit this year.

Swim season usually ends in October. I try to exercise regularly outside. My neighborhood has the perfect sidewalks for getting out . Being active works well here and lay back relaxing time is also a good fit.

When I go shopping, mostly everything is about a mile away, and the 202 is so nearby. (The Winter wonderland up north is amazing too.)

Because I have visitors in the Summer months, I am currently, looking for a three season Guest, who usually returns the following year. Are you a Traveling Nurse or an ASU PolyTech student, this is a convenient location. This area is also known for "Snowbirds" and I have a guest room ready.

Both front and backyard patios for shaded comfort. The backyard with lots of greenery and a lemon tree, invites a yoga workout. Safe off street Driveway parking.

Available in late September.

All pricing includes Utilities. A Deposit is required, $750.00, plus a nonrefundable application with background check,$40.
