Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my 2BR apartment in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. My current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease, so I’m looking for someone to sign a new 1-year lease starting July 31st, 2025.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
+located on 3rd floor in an elevator building and safe neighborhood.
+15-minute walk to J/Z/M trains and lots of bus options within 5 min walk radius (~45mins to midtown).
+10-min bus away from lots of shops, eateries, and bars. multiple grocery stores within the block.
