Cameron B - $2,600/month

Hey everyone! I'm Cameron Brown. I’m currently looking to move to NYC from Virginia to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with my M.A. in Film and Television last May but ended up moving home to help take care of my grandmother and working miscellaneous jobs to save up some cash in the meantime.

A bit about me: I’m 25. Besides film/tv, I enjoy spontaneous adventures, reading, all sorts of music, museums, theatre, traveling, and more. I’m organized, clean, and do my best to be communicative. LGBTQ+ friendly (I'm gay myself).

I'd love to find 1-2 roommates to share an apartment with in lower Manhattan. My budget is roughly $2,600/month on rent (before utilities). I'd love to be under this number, but I'm also flexible. Currently unemployed (and will likely be moving without a job), but I have great credit and between my own savings and my guarantor, I've been advised by local leasing agents that I'll have no problem getting approved. Looking to move roughly around August 1, but I'm open to moving earlier too.
