(renewal possible) in my renovated 2nd floor walk-up apartment in Bushwick for $1750/mo+utilities. Ideal for someone who works from home or needs extra space!

This apartment is actually a 3br but the 3rd room is used as an office space, so only 2 people total would be living here.

The apartment is next to Irving Square Park on the corner of Wilson Ave. & Weirfield St. on the second floor (no elevator) of a three-story renovated building (stairs to front door) and gets amazing sunlight throughout the entire unit. You can see dogs playing in the park from the windows!

This listing is for 2 rooms— a private bedroom, and another room that has been previously been used as a home office (this space is shared but it would mostly be yours). Each of these rooms is 10’9” x 8’2” with a spacious closet and a remote-controlled wall AC/heating unit. The two rooms would come unfurnished (the rest of the unit is furnished).

The apartment has 1.5ish bathrooms (I say “1.5ish” because the 2nd bathroom is actually just a toilet in a closet—no sink—but having an extra toilet is great), kitchen area (gas stove!), and living room space.

There’s a washer & dryer in the basement, and a few laundromats nearby.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet but lively, with locally owned bodegas/grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. There are a few schools nearby so a good amount of families live here.
