One room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom third floor apartment in Astoria for May 1 move in. 6 months minimum but longer preferred.
Looking for anyone who is currently working and is eager to move in to a new space. Must be communal, clean, communicative, caring, and is okay with having a cat around. Male preferred and not for short term lookers.
Room:
$1300 a month+ 1 month security to move, can be moved in by May 1st
The room can comfortably fit a full sized bed and dresser, has overhead closet space, and has great sunlight. If measurements are needed I can send those upon request.
Bills are split 2 ways which include the internet bill ($33 each) and the Con Ed bill(amount varies).
