My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate starting August (dates flexible) in our 3bd/1bath. Both of us have been at this spot for 3 years. We’re looking for someone who’s chill, easy tao get along with and keeps the place relatively clean.
About the Apt
The apt is in Stuytown right on 14th st between Ave A and B with the rent being ~$2160 (utilities and wifi included). It’s right by 1st ave L stop, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Target.
There is some background check and processing fees to get you access cards to the buildings/facilities.
About us
Me - Im 26M work as a software engineer.I go into office 3-4x a week and generally am out on weekends whether it’s for going on a run or just catching up with friends. Occasionally I bring friends over too but will keep things chill
Rishab - Im 27M working from home as a software engineer. Outside of work I like to cook, try new restaurants, go out with friends, and travel when I can!
