Looking for two roommates (female or male) to share my home with me. I am renting out two bedrooms in my 3,800sf home, in a safe, gated community in Mountain's Edge Master Plan community (Southwest). Lots of hiking, biking and great dog parks near by. Great restaurants nearby. Exploration Park is next door. I am looking for professionals who are responsible and tidy. The first room available is 16x16 with a private bathroom, private closet, and full use of shared loft (22x22) with balcony.
