The landlord connected two apartment units into one ,so we have the whole 2nd floor in the building ...The house is spacious , bright , very quiet with new windows. It is a new building with secured cameras , so you always feel safe.

There are 15 ft high ceilings throughout the house, lots of plants and artwork. The apartment includes Washer& Dryer in unit ,Two large bathrooms with electric water (shared) ,a large chef's kitchen with the newest appliances ( including a new stove, fridge, dishwasher and a microwave) , a secured rooftop where you can hang out when the weather is nice & one of the best parts is the building located directly from the subway station on the F train, it makes it an easy commute to get anywhere in the city and Brooklyn within 20 mins or less.
Electric Citibikes and normal bikes are also located on the corner of the building for those who like to cycle around the city.

Lower East Side as known as the trendiest neighborhood in Manhattan ,There are lots of bars , restaurants and shopping centers , galleries & boutiques are all around ,Trader Joes and Target are only a few blocks away, Dime Square is also super close ... 12 mins walk to Soho, 10 mins to the East village, 20 mins walk to FiDi ,15 mins to Tribeca ,The location is absolutely perfect!

The room comes fully furnished with a full size bed , a desk & an office chair, an AC unit, a closet and a large mirror. the room is very bright , facing a local park by the subway station .

You'll be sharing the apartment with 2 guys who are in their 20s, both professionals ,engineers ,friendly ,love cooking & good music, they are down to earth, travel a lot & super chill ,that's pretty much the vibe in the house ,good energy ONLY.

Rent is 2500 a month , one month security deposit ,a proof of income and a credit check are required to move in.
