Hey, I’m Jason. I work in strategy and data analytics, mostly remote, though I spend a few days a week at Seven24Collective in the Gansevoort Hotel to get out of the apartment and stay in rhythm. I’m planning a May 1 move and looking for something around $2,000/month in a neighborhood with good energy and walkability.

I’m clean, thoughtful, and really value a home that feels calm and respectful. I’ve lived with all kinds of roommates—what always works best is open communication and shared consideration. I’m not someone who brings the party home, and I like shared spaces to feel relaxed and lived-in without being chaotic. That said, I’m always down to chat, cook together once in a while, or hang if we vibe.

Outside of work, I’m into travel, tennis, and coffee—I make espresso at home most mornings. I also run a side business where I’ve been building AI tools for remote collaboration, and I’m always exploring new ideas in tech and business. I’m comfortable around pets and flexible on apartment style as long as it feels like a good fit overall.
