Walmart and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away This house is recognized as one of the better quality padsplits with active property management to ensure safety and issues. Large screen TV's in every room. King beds in most of the rooms along with 55" Smart TVs . Laundry available. Some bedrooms come with private fridge and separate entrances. DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please not that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets except Service and Emotional Support Animals that have been registered with PadSplit! Quiet time after 10PM to 9AM!

- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
